Redefining the Way Employers Recognise Their Employees

Top leaders from across the globe are being vocal about this and thinking of ways of redesigning holistic employee experiences and well-being strategies.

The conference discussed the megatrends that are changing the nature of work and explored how organisations can evolve, adapt, and equip themselves for the future. There were a series of keynote sessions, in-depth masterclasses, panel discussions, fireside chats, case study presentations, etc.

Yasmin Taj , Editor ET International & Head Branded Content, The Economic Times gave the welcome address where she said, “What stands true today might not be relevant tomorrow. How employers respond and adapt to the powerful forces will determine their ability to stay ahead of the curve.”

The opening keynote session was addressed by Kate Barker , Chief HR Futurist & Strategic Advisor at NEOM where she spoke on the trends that will shape the future of work & what HR leaders in advanced companies are doing to stay ahead of the curve.?

The following keynote was addressed by Inge Van Belle , Co-Founder & CEO, Herculean Alliance MEA who spoke on how engaged employees are the key to customer experience and help in accelerating the growth of the business.?

Addressing a full house of eminent speakers from around the world, Smiti Bhatt Deorah , Co-Founder & COO, AdvantageClub.ai spoke on how you can design value-oriented & data-driven employee recognition strategies for improving the overall employee experience.

"Future of work and employee experience would be driven by Hyper-Personalisation, Hyper-Care, Rewards & Engage by Design, Hybrids, and Flexi to ensure high touch points during the moment that matters and tech would play an essential role in enabling such solutions or experiences", said Deorah.

Raj T. , CSO & HR Head, AdvantageClub.ai shared his insights on 'Redefining Employee Experience and Wellbeing Strategies for Driving Better Performance.

Tanwar said, "Employee experience is becoming increasingly important as organizations strive to attract, hire and retain top talent. While providing a good salary and benefits is important, organizations must also focus on creating a workplace that is conducive to employee wellbeing and care. Hyper-wellbeing and Hyper-care are two important elements in creating a superior employee experience."

He further added, "Hyper-wellbeing is about providing employees access to health benefits, flexible working arrangements, health and wellness initiatives, and support for mental health issues including but not limited to other facets of wellbeing."

Another keynote was addressed by Ben Eubanks , Principal Analyst and Chief Research Officer, Lighthouse Research & Advisory where he touched on a few of those reasons and explored how innovative companies are hiring and retaining their critical talent.
