?While I see some posts on linkedin, and even some people around me. I have thought, what is success for me?
On a day when I am taking stock of the last weeks, a coachee has been able to see the reason why he is afraid of being visible and has an action plan to live freely and not according to his childhood wounds or the patterns of he. One mentee has started a new position, and another has found the courage and strength to seek the role that fits who he is right now.
Success. It's a word that carries different meanings for each of us. But for me, success transcends mere external accomplishments. It resides in the depths of inner peace, confidence, and empowerment that comes with a deep knowledge of ourselves.
As a coach, success manifests itself in the transformation of my coachees. It's not about me imparting wisdom or providing all the answers; rather, it's about guiding individuals to unearth their own truths and craft their unique action plans. True success is when a coachee breaks free from self-imposed limitations, challenges their beliefs, and discovers the courage to pursue their dreams fearlessly.
Success, in coaching, is also about unraveling the tangled webs of limiting beliefs, patterns, and behaviors that hinder personal growth.
Moreover, success extends beyond the individual realm to encompass collective growth. It's the joy of seeing a mentee embark on a new career path, fueled by passion and purpose. It's the satisfaction of watching a team transcend individual egos and collaborate harmoniously, building bridges toward shared goals.

But success isn't just about tangible achievements; it's about transcending the scars of childhood survival mechanisms and stepping into the light with confidence and authenticity.
"The Gifts of Imperfection" by Brené Brown, explores the concept of wholehearted living, emphasizing the importance of embracing vulnerability, authenticity, and self-compassion on the path to fulfillment.
Success is not a destination; it's a continuous evolution—a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and transformation. It's about embracing authenticity, cultivating resilience, and making a meaningful impact, both within ourselves and in the lives of others.
Success starts with the gratitude of others choosing you for being guided, supported, listened.
