It seems like expectations for remote work were just to high here. Remote work provides better work life balance but it was never meant to provide as well fulfilment. Fulfilment is our highest need and honestly not many people reach it. It's being found by what you do and through following your purpose not in the way you work (remote or otherwise).

Congrats on the Forbes article! Love reading about your story and the six key motivators –?resonates a lot ?? If I could squeeze in a 7th, I'd add 'Connection' –?I'm curious if that came up in your research? I say that because I've personally compromised on other things to work with great team members/clients and I know others who have too. It's been a while since we caught up. Excited for you! ??
