Redefining Age: Thriving at 50 and Beyond

Hi, I'm Beverley Glazer,

And if we haven't met before, let me share a bit about my journey.

As a coach and therapist, for almost 40 years, I've dedicated my life to empowering others to soar beyond their limits in both their business and their personal lives. But for the past 3 years, my primary focus has been providing Premier Custom Coaching Solutions, Courses & Workshops for women over 50 and far beyond.

Why?

Because throughout my many years of life and professional experiences, I've witnessed the challenges all women face—from family burdens, relationships, to navigating careers and embracing retirement and beyond. Women share profoundly different experiences than men.

?? Shattering Stereotypes ??

I'm on a mission to shatter the myth that has been holding us back for too long: the stereotype that women over 50 are invisible, expected to step aside since their worth diminishes with time.

??Our Age, Our Asset:

I see age as our superpower. I stand firm in my belief that our years enrich us with resilience, courage, and wisdom, arming us to conquer life's hurdles with resilience, tenacity and grace. It's the key that unlocks our potential to redefine our purpose, embark on a journey of self-reinvention, and embrace a life brimming with passion and fulfillment.

I am that woman who has been there and grown and flourished because of it. And nothing gives me greater joy than helping others be more, do more, have more ~ and live their authentic purpose and create a life they love.

?Kathy, was visiting the hospital and supporting a friend when she caught influenza, and suddenly, she was given up for dead. But Kathy's 'near death experience' was not the typical - light-at-the-end-of-the-tunnel and bliss type of thing. ?It was terrifying. ?I never had a near death experience, but I had many wake-up calls.?

?Like the time I was working as an art consultant in Indigineous communities and although I loved the work, it was the people that propelled me to do more with my life. It sent me on a trajectory to get more degrees, to learn to help people and really make a difference -that was almost 40 years ago. ?? My goodness time flies!

?But here's the thing – deep down, I knew I couldn't follow in the footsteps of my mother, who, despite living a 'good' life, always longed for more.?

?Over 60% of women worldwide feel they've put their dreams on the back burner and they're unfulfilled.?

?But you don't have to be another statistic, living with that nagging sense of longing for more. I've helped 1000s of women to find their purpose - and your age should not deter you. There are so many possibilities that are open to you today.?
