The red lipstick revolution

We must be aware that women and men are held to double standards and we, women, not only allow it, we perpetuate it. What role plays our implicit bias on this? I myself label and judge myself not appropriate because of how I look taking away freedom from myself.

I would like to invite you, women of business, women of science, women of politics, women on boards, whoever you are to do a test and share with me your story, what happens when you paint your lips in red? Share with me your stories and your photos. We have been featured by DiverseProject.org

The #redlipstickrevolution needs all of us.

I love this article, on linkedin I put a photo with red lipstick. I always used red lipstick, for both working and funning important events, I have never used red lipstick during the normal working days because I considered it an inappropriate accessory, also strangely distracting myself because I feel that people look my mouth. I adore the famous coco chanel sentence "If you are sad, if you have a love problem, put yourself red lipstick and attack." I use the red lipstick for my pleasure or when I need to increase my mood, if more dramatic or happy the red lipstick emphasized the emotional status. I think that it can be used as an instrument to increase decision of your attitude and where the situation put yourself at the center. In all the women's history and it's the same for me the red lipstick is related to a memories, a mark left on a white dress, used to make up a men etc .My experience is very funny and I will use it forever ...
