Starting a live series has given me the opportunity to meet and connect with small business owners from around the globe. It has truly been an honor to chat with so many inspirational folks, many of whom I'm honored to now call friends.

Yep, you read that right. FAILING. You may be thinking "How is failing a highlight of your year in business?" Here's the scoop. When you fail forward, you learn from your mistakes and take that newfound wisdom into the future decisions. The mistakes I made his year gave me so many insights into how to best move forward into my next phase of business. I'm more confident than ever that I'm on the right path.
