RED ARROWS – TOXIC BEHAVIOUR

Far too often we read of this toxic behaviour, this is by far at the top of the scale, we are British and should be proud to fly our flag. This toxic attitude has taken our flag to new heights (literally)!!

This is little to late but going forward the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 is now law. It gives employers 12 months to get their

1. Correct and Up to date Policies and Procedures
2. Certified Awareness Training and other support mechanisms in place to comply with the new statutory obligation.

No employer is exempt from this duty because of size.

We are proud to be British and this behaviour cannot and should not be tolerated.
