We celebrate the richness of diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that respects and values individuals of all races, ethnicities, and backgrounds.

The aim is to create awareness about the positive importance of recycling and the positive impact it has on the environment and the human experience. Participants are encouraged to participate in challenges, track and document their recyclable waste and challenge others to do the same, spreading the message and inspiring others. It's a fun and engaging way to promote recycling intertwined with art, and?fosters a sense of collective responsibility towards the planet.?

RECYCLING PROGRAMMING:

Through our recycling programming,?we create services,?events, and activities,?that introduce effective ways to reduce landfill waste through repurposing and upcycling?80% to 90% of all donated materials into costumes, and new products. ?

?YOUTH PROGRAMMING:

Our overall mission is to empower and inform at-risk and underserved?youth and communities?by connecting them to real-world expectations, experiences, and assignments that enhance their reading, writing, oral presentation, and creativity. and critical thinking abilities.?The Recycle Challenge Crafting Station and the Parade & Festival are programs of?the?Literacy Project International aka Whose Magazine? A Youth Publication and our fiscal agent, CCI (Collaborative Community Initiative).
