above is the pic of a pt age 80 years who hah r l li ectropion which was operated couple of rimes but unfortunately fhere was not a satisfactory correction ang pt presented with severe exposure conluctivits more marked in lower fornix i attempted 3rd oculoplatic procedure and it did well there was sarisfactory correction and pr got relief from exposure conjuctivits i want to emphasise that entropion and ectropion surgerios shoud not be taken lighty
