Linkedin has always been a platform where people openly disregard the job we do as Recruiters - and all of a sudden everyone becomes a recruitment expert - and forget about the times when either they may need one who will actually help them or that a recruiter can be extremely useful to them in business.

Politeness and kindness doesn't cost - businesses are all trying to stay afloat and people are trying to make a living.

Please take 2 minutes out of your day to think about how you speak to and treat others - your callous, pompous, or nasty remark can affect someone deeply - it is so not necessary.
