This is a great perspective for recruiters when they are searching for candidates and they come across an individual that may not be looking for a new position but may need a little nudge in order to see what the recruiter regards to be a growth opportunity for the individual and value in what the individual can bring to the company. Bottomline, when you see something that could be great, go for it and give it your all!
