At Flowtec we are growing tremendously and as we have been working and developing further the UAE and US markets, we are now looking to give you the reigns over these markets with a long-term objective for potential relocation.
The Role:
Your responsibility will mainly be around managing the job process, utilizing various tools such as LinkedIn and access to various job boards. As a recruitment consultant, you will manage client relationships, maintain existing relationships, source and liaise with candidates, advertise roles and grow our database.
You will be required to meet quarterly targets and in your day-to-day task receive support from our aquaculture division lead.
We are looking for a professional who is willing to have an impact through their role as a recruitment consultant. Apply your knowledge by conversing with companies and candidates in the industry and stay up to date with relevant developments through your conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Client acquisition and the development of short, medium- and long-term strategies.
- Identifying candidates, providing information about the roles available and booking interviews if suitable and guiding candidates through the interview process and applying your knowledge of aquaculture to understand and assess their skillset.
- Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
- Build strategies to maximize revenue including both business development and account management.
- Develop a clear understanding of market trends and hiring needs vs available candidates and analyze these developments to gain a better understanding of your market.
- Work with our CRM to keep track of your existing client and candidate base.
Skills And Experience:
- Experience in or knowledge of the industry is a preference.
- If you are a recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in a 360 role, please feel free to apply.
- Being self-motivated with an outgoing personality helps enormously when speaking with both customers and candidates.
- Strong organizational abilities (including the ability to handle multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously and lead a team).
- Strong communication, including both questioning and listening skills and ensuring empathy.
