1 周Not addrsssing the real issue. Toidays expatriate only lasts as long as the paycheck is higher than the next company. Loyalty is in question. Also, there is a wealth of older expatriates with more knowledge, and experience that straight out of Uni personal who still produce 100% work, and faster due to experience. Essa Salah Al Gurg stated on many occasions at public speaking events " GIVE ME THE OLDER STAFF THEY ARE MORE LOYAL AND DEPENDANLE." So whenn you question the repeat adds for certain positipoms it is all down to chaseing the money not the job or the experiance.
