We are looking for 1 DIRECTOR / INDUSTRIAL SITE MANAGER (M/F) for a group in the AUTOMOBILE / AUTOMOTIVE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER - AERONAUTICS sector
Permanent position based near BUDAPEST (HUNGARY)
- Site management of 100 peoples
- Experience in site management in HUNGARY is a plus
- Knowledge of the Hungarian language is a plus
- Experience in the automotive sector / in mechatronic subcontracting + stamping
- Universty after maturity?+3 to +5 years (Engineer)
- Significant operational and managerial experience of 5 to 10 years in a position of factory or production manager, in the metallurgy or plastics sector (hight volume production), ideally in automotive industry
- Knowlage in Lean Manufacturing?and continuous improvement methodologies
- Know the quality tools (FMECA, problem solving methods, quality plan, PPAP, monitoring plans, internal audit, control charts, SPC ...)
- Know the QHSE standards: ISO 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and process management
- Know the main computer tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint ...)
- Understand the main EHS and social regulations of the country
- Know the economic and social environment of the country
- Fluent in French is a plus
- Fluent in English is mandatory (C2 level)
ASSIGNMENT
- Part of the management committee,part ?in the definition of medium and long-term targets and strategies of the company.

- Be the guarant of the compliance with the company's quality and environmental policies and responsible for achievent of the KPI’s targeted.
- Provide the necessary resources to achieve QSE policies and plant targets.
- Lead and supervise all plant activities and related staff (management control / accounting, HR, Quality, production, etc.)
- Oversee staff recruitment and be able to assess the individual skills
- Supervise and validate the training plan of the plant staff.
- Be responsible for the social environment?of the plant (internal communication, motivation, conflict prevention and management).
- Report to the General Management about the plant performance (Quality, Cost, Time) & define corrective actions to be taken to correct deviations.
- Validate action plans & ensure their execution.
- Report to the management committee on the progress of the projects and plant ?investments.
- Be the guarant of the image of plant in relation to the customer's vision.
- Be responsible for the safety of the collaborators, the products, the equipment and installations.
- Be responsible for compliance with the regulations concerning the plant and report if necessary ?to the competent authorities.
Salary : fixed gross annual 70,000 to 90,000 euros + bonus/bonus ////salary depending on experience/skills
Rémunération : fixe annuel brut?70?000 à 90 000 euros + bonus/prime ////salaire en fonction expériences /compétences
