It could be important one may suspect for organizations & companies to recruit the right people.A company is nothing other than the people in it.What may be vital also, is to be clear, about what is required of a recruiter, and what sort of training we put them through.Recruiters should have the benefit of receiving serious training, since they will be in charge of finding good candidates. Credentials are fine, but some with less may still offer more. As Warren Buffet states "Look for 3 things in a person-intelligence,energy,& integrity.If they don't have the last one, don't even bother with the first two". I have seen organizations ignore this.It is fine.Yet the price they must pay for doing that is not negotiable.
