I was a part of a panel where I was helping the team to find a suitable product owner.
My Team has asked me to help them find the best Product Owner for their product.
I was thinking if I ask the below questions, will I get the best PO for the project need?
Thought of asking the candidates to share with me a couple of stories related to the below areas.

b) What are the key steps for customer value creation? Customer discovery steps have you used, and what was the outcome? Can you share some stories around this point?
c) Share your journey of forming a customer profile? And share with me the end results? Explain Personas, Usability, and Empathy mapping, and how you have used it? What challenges have you experienced? When do you consider these to be of no use?

2 年Instead of asking this - l) Explain how you have used?Story Mapping in your project? Explain the Minimum Marketable Feature and how you have used it in your project? - I would rather ask, how would you tease out features or stories for a product, that way the candidate can relate her experience rather than telling us what textbook talks about story mapping and MMF and may be, she has adopted some cool practice that we all can learn from.
