RECRUITING MARKETERS THE RIGHT WAY - 3 OBJECTIONS BY RECRUITERS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS:

I've spoken with three different C-Level executives at a huge company this week, all of whom expressed profound, collective sentiments at hiring marketers overall. NOTE: These statements can be used in the context of ANY kind of JOB seekers and givers. Some of them were:
1) Highly frustrated because recruiting marketers nowadays is difficult.
2) Astonished at marketing salaries plummeting higher and higher every day.
3) Deeply disappointed at how the job candidates are "flighty" these days.
Now, here were my responses to all 3 of their objections:
Response to Q1) Recruiting is difficult for you because you are a lazy daisy individual. I've seen tons of LinkedIn executives posting job links to their careers page with one supporting, BOOORING sentence that reads: "Come join our rockstar team! We are highly driven."

Lemme make it CLEAR: Recruiting is just like sales, and you've gotta have a better value proposition (VP) for it to succeed. Stop embarrassing yourselves! When I need to hire people to build a team, I personally reach out to top marketers manually, all by myself. I devise my own custom messaging & make a compelling case, always. But unfortunately, most hiring managers are downright reluctant to harness that level of effort, and that's why they can't hire anyone of exceptional quality.
My ans to Q2) - Salary demands are defo higher than ever in 2023, but NOT everyone can demand that! In fact, only the top 10% performers can command it with their sheer talent(s). Superstar level marketers are aware of the fact that they can 2x - 3x (double, triple up) their cash flow by consulting for top brands while enjoying more freedom and having to deal with less corporate bullshit. Additionally, companies are raising millions of dollars OR rupees, yet they are prone to flushing their money down the toilet on ineffective and unproductive programs and office parties - meanwhile, they are stingy with leveling up. Even in Pakistan, the cost of living has gotten ridiculous. Look at the rising inflation, or real estate. You can barely survive on 100,000pkr/month if you live in a big city.
Response to Q3) - You think that job candidates are "flighty", but do you ever wonder why? Because we’re in a revolution. If a company called X won't meet a prospecting job candidate's needs, then company Y and Z will always be right across the street and wave them over with open arms. It has never been like that! The ancient checkbox, hiring processes that the HR of a company loves using, are pushing away the creme de la creme candidates. This is why I think that remote work has unlocked massive and an endless potential. Bad office managers are causing employees/job seekers to run away like a swarm of bees who are disturbed. It's time for companies to wake up, NOW!
