Dear Recruiters,
Do's and Dont's while scheduling a Face to Face Interview.
Call the candidate for Face to Face interview only when you---
1)Mention over phone itself - if your company/client got odd shift timings(night shifts/Mid afternoon shift)-not at the time of Inperson Interview.
2)Mention over the phone if your company or client by any chance got 6 days working policy or alternate week off policy.
3)Be clear about the salary negotiation - Don't bargain after all face to face rounds asking the candidate to come down at 100:40 ratio with respect to salary .
4)Clearly mention the address in call letter with landmark(don't just copy paste address from website and share it to candidate--Not necessary everyone should know entire city)---Not necessary everyone should have a mobile data to locate your company address in google maps.
5)Make sure you provide your landline number with extension or mobile number to easily get in touch with you if he stuck in nearby area.(Press 1/ press 2 /wait for operator to connect irritates) .
6)Greet every arrived candidate with basic protocol--Don't show your MNC attitude to Freshers/Freelancers/Currently not working people as if you are the god who is giving them a chance.
7)Don't disappear for long time making the candidate sit in an Interview cabin idle with no time to time update about when the interview will start.
8)Any form to be filled in interview cabin see that you provide a pen/Any system test see that you accompany the candidate till he gets proper access to the test and provide the a number to call you for any assistance.
9)See that you at-least a water bottle is available on the table.
Last but not least do remember.Happy candidate will be your Happy future employee without absconding or rejecting your offer- (Sometimes Hospitality plays a key role in giving you a closure).
CANDIDATE GOT 100 COMPANIES TO APPLY But You only get few right resumes as per your company requirement Fitment.
