We recruiters get 500+ mails + messages everyday and even if we try to respond each by writing one word i.e. 'THANKS' it will consume our entire day.. One needs to understand a simple fact; A Recruiter will definitely get in touch with you if he/she has a valid position/update for you..
We don’t have any personal interest/inclination for any candidate for us every candidate is either Relevant or Irrelevant for the roles we are hiring.. I personally don’t call any candidate Good or Bad as everyone has his/her forte and credentials, few matches to the role (Relevant) and few don’t (Irrelevant); its as simple as that..
We genuinely want to help you, advice you but you also need to understand that we are also working professionals who have many other duties to perform to earn our livelihood.. Yes there are few rogue elements also in our fraternity who indulge in unethical business but believe me they are not more than 1%, please don't generalize the remaining 99%..
Recruiters also face many challenges from 'Candidates' viz., not responding, not attending interview, offer drop-outs, etc but still we do our work and treat each candidate afresh..
