Role & Responsibilities:

• Industry Experience: Proven experience in handling recruitment for Big 4 clients or similar large-scale enterprises.
• Reviewing Resumes: Carefully analyze and screen resumes to identify candidates that meet specific job requirements.
• Managing End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the complete recruitment process, ensuring alignment with client specifications and timelines.
• Sourcing Profiles: Utilize various platforms and strategies to source candidates with niche skills and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and manage interviews and skills tests, coordinating between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conducting Interviews: Lead interviews, both in-person and virtually, to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Niche Skills Hiring: Specialize in recruiting for niche and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring that all candidates meet the specific skill requirements.
• Big 4 Client Recruitment Handling: Manage recruitment processes for Big 4 clients, understanding their unique needs and standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1+ year in domestic recruitment with a focus on niche skill hiring.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

• In-depth understanding of various IT and niche roles.
• Proficiency in resume screening and candidate assessment techniques.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competency in using recruitment tools and platforms for candidate sourcing and management.
