I love this! Does the recruit.ai algorithm understand the soft and hard skills of the applicant and how the applicant can fill the gap within a team? In other words, are the skills and the talent of the current team taken into account? Also, will recruit.ai take into account that there are skillsets of the applicant that are developed throughout their professional career that might not showcase on a resume due to multiple reasons (more than 15 years ago, managed multiple roles within the job, etc)?
