Record your webinar to set up automated webinar campaigns

Do you record your webinars? If not, we highly recommend you to think twice because these webinars are great for repurposing. Use snippets for short informational videos, use audio only to create a new podcast video, and of course: automate! This last part is what we want to discuss with you in this week’s Dapper’s Do’s and Don’ts. It saves you a lot of time and effort when you use the right webinar software.

For the ones who never heard of automated webinars, these are the three main features you should know about:

  1. The pre-recorded video

This video serves as the foundation of every automated webinar. The live-streamed webinar can be hosted and presented without anyone physically present. The only thing you have to do is replay the video!

  1. Automatic beginning times

Automated webinars can be planned as a repeating calendar event and/or made available online.

Automated webinars can be made available on demand or set up as recurring calendar events. The sessions automatically begin in both cases.

  1. Pre-set interactions in the meetings

With the use of automated software, you can design interactive pop-ups. Such as surveys, questions, handouts, and links to pop-ups at set points throughout your video presentation. You can display all of this to your audience in real time.

  • Unlimited attendees, unlimited sessions (Demio: limited to 50 attendees on their cheapest plan; EverWebinar: we couldn’t find information regarding number of attendees and sessions)
  • Many CRM integrations and tools such as analytics dashboard



After choosing your preferred tool, you will have set up your campaign in no time. At Dapper, we used to run LinkedIn and Meta ads to invite leads for our webinar that returned every Tuesday~~.~~ This way, you enable people who are interested to pick any week that works best for them to watch your webinar, all without you having to host it more than once!
