Record Year for Avant Homes Midlands

April 2017, our financial year end, marked a first with Avant Homes Midlands becoming the first Avant branded Group company to break the ￡100 million turnover threshold in style. The whole Avant Group enjoyed a similarly very successful year with revenues at ￡368m.

The Midlands team met or exceeded every KPI across the piste which is testament to the hard work of the entire team including our sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers and indeed, most importantly, our customers. Thanks and well done to all. We will not stop there!

The Avant journey continues, as the company goes from strength to strength and this new, restless and vibrant management team seeks to improve in everything we do with a motto of seeking to be Good, Better, Different; and to provide New Homes and developments that people aspire to live in.

This weekend, as part of that journey, we open two fantastic new show home complexes at Danetre Place, Daventry and Morisse Fields, Moulton, both in Northamptonshire, which will showcase our new upgraded M7 specification. A photograph of Morisse is shown above.

These will be followed with another new show home complex in Northamptonshire in Kilsby and a trio of new Nottinghamshire developments at Aslockton, Newark and Mansfield in the next few months, again all sporting our new upgraded specifications.
