As 2024 draws to a close, we’re thrilled to bring you the final edition of The Empire Recap. This year has been nothing short of remarkable - a year of record-breaking achievements, exciting partnerships, and meaningful growth. From our strongest first quarter on record to completing some of our most significant deals yet, we’ve continued to raise the bar.

We’ve traveled from Chester to Dubai, Jersey to Geneva, expanding our global presence and strengthening connections with clients and partners. Along the way, we’ve welcomed fantastic new talent, celebrated a merger, and solidified partnerships that are already driving incredible results.

Of course, no year is without its challenges, but 2024 has proven that resilience and teamwork are at the core of everything we do. This festive edition is all about celebrating the moments that defined the year, reflecting on the lessons we’ve learned, and looking ahead to an even brighter 2025.

2024 has been nothing short of transformative for Empire Global Finance. This year began with our strongest first quarter in company history, marked by an unprecedented influx of leads and momentum that carried us to new heights. By year-end, we had completed nearly double the number of deals over ￡1 million compared to the previous year, with an impressive average deal size of ￡1.42 million - up 21% from 2023.

The highlight of our year was completing a remarkable ￡52 million deal involving the refinancing of a major London office, the purchase of another office in West London, and the refinancing of a hotel. This achievement not only showcases our ability to execute complex, high-value transactions but also reflects the trust our clients place in our expertise.

This was complemented by two additional deals around the ￡18 million mark, including a standout transaction for a Jersey-domiciled trust structure refinancing six commercial properties. These deals exemplify our capability to handle cross-border complexities and bespoke financial needs.
