Recommendation letter

I would like to recommend Jason Cantin, "[email protected]" for his professionalism.

 We purchased a new construction home in Winter Garden FL. and immediately noticed the floor tiles were not properly installed. The main issues were the tile not being level and the pattern was all over the place. Your feet would hurt just walking through the house.

We reached out to the builder and they sent out the owner of the tile company that did the installation. Of course, his determination was the tiles were installed correctly and within "Tile Industry tolerance". 

We contacted with Jason to come and provide us with a "Certified Flooring Inspection". Jason came out, completed his inspection and determined that over 30% of the tile was improperly installed and NOT within the Industry tolerance.

 We submitted the "Inspection Report" to the Owner of the tile company. After he received the report he acknowledged all the tile would have to be removed and replaced at their expense.

Thanks to Jason's expertise and his findings we were able to prove our claim and get total resolution.
