Joan Robinson is an excellent property manager. She has good sense--even wisdom--is a good judge of character, and cares about the whole person in her renters. I met her when she was the property manager at Rotary Manor in San Rafael. The community of over 62-age people is in the heart of the city and has been in business for several decades. Joan was always available, courteous, insightful, and caring toward the residents here. She is discreet and careful about maintaining confidences and personal detail entrusted to her. She has a high sense of ethics, combined with a compassionate appreciation of every individual's "life journey." Plus, she is full of life and fun--a gifted singer and dancer. Wow. Anyone who hired her to represent their management team would be fortunate.
