5 个月Cant agree more, ground situation is very different from what taught in Agile Trainings, but again that's why scrum masters are brought in as change agents, to identify and fix the dysfunctions and Bad Agile !! Again without the commitment from Leadership Agile implementations are not going to benefit the organizations.
