Chronic stress sure does have a ripple effect. The mental and emotional effects of chronic stress are so well documented and even beyond just health, relationships and work, prolonged stress can impact memory, motivation, learning, and future planning. It prevents people from thriving mentally, emotionally and physically. Of course, this will have significant impact on any team's ability to reach the shared goals.
