I've listed a few more 1. Acknowledge the Issue: It's a pivotal first step. 2. Reach Out for Support/Professional Guidance: Talk to someone you trust about how you’re feeling—whether it’s a friend, family member, or a professional. 3. Educate Yourself: Learning more about your symptoms and possible conditions can help you understand what you are experiencing. 4. Develop a Routine: Establishing a consistent daily routine can provide structure and a sense of normalcy. 5. Set Realistic Goals: Break up large tasks into smaller, manageable steps and set achievable goals. 6. Stay Connected: Join a Peer Support Group, maintain social contacts, participate in social activities in person or online. 7. Limit Substance Use: Avoid or reduce the consumption of alcohol, tobacco, and other substances that can exacerbate mental health issues.
