What started as a passion project to recognize the unsung heroes of talent acquisition has evolved into a worldwide celebration, highlighting the crucial role TA professionals play in shaping organizational success.

"Fast forward seven years later, and it is so incredibly cool to see what started as just the kernel of an idea has now evolved into a day that is celebrated by thousands of talent acquisition professionals around the world," reflects Ryan Christoi , President, Enterprise at Recruitics , who also helped launch Global TA Day.
