Recognizing our partner network

Recognizing our partner network

Mid-sized agencies like ours rely on a professional network that combines our employees with talented and trusted individuals who work as independent consultants. For the most part they’re people with whom we’ve worked for many years, some as former clients. We’ve developed trust and we like working together, and by working together we provide the best possible deliverables and value to our clients.

How do we portray these relationships accurately to our clients? Does it matter who on our team is an employee versus a long-time independent collaborator? Having access to an extensive collaborative network benefits our clients and helps us deliver at the highest level of professionalism and cost-effectiveness. So why not acknowledge this network of relationships as a strength and advantage?

In this spirit, we’ve overhauled our website to include a few representative deliverables as well as the people at RO and among our collaborators that create them. We intend to be forthright about our partnerships and run our business as a kind of collaborative consortium, with little functional distinction between employees and independent partners. ?We think this benefits our clients and our partners, and it helps us to continue delivering on major engagements for enterprise and mid-sized clients.
