Recognition for HCL's Technology Investment in Digital Experience

A few weeks ago I talked about my reasons for joining HCL Software - a key one being the investments made in terms of time, money and resources in modernising the tools we acquired from IBM (long-overdue) and in developing new tools and services. One area where we have certainly listened to what our customers are saying and what the market is telling us is Digital Experience (DX).

For nearly 2 years, the world has been living with the impact of COVID-19. Looking back to March 2020, most of us sat back and pondered how we would be successful working from home, without human contact with our colleagues, partners and of course our customers. The need for real-world, capable digital experience platforms became globally apparent - our customers in this timeline looked to us to provide the capabilities they required and new organisations also jumped on-board and trusted us to deliver.

It's exciting to announce that HCL Software has been named a leader in the 2021 SPARK Matrix for Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) by Quadrant. DXP is defined by Quadrant as a single software or a suite of products that enables organisations to create, manage, optimise and deliver personalised and contextualised digital experiences in an omnichannel environment.
