Having acquired this derelict, historical seafront building in St Leonards-On-Sea in 2016, Property Experts has now completed an extensive refurbishment programme of 20 units along with all internal communal areas and a complete overhaul of the building's exterior. Since completion of the project, we have received an overwhelming amount of praise from the local community and Home Secretary Amber Rudd for restoring the building to it’s former glory.
