Recognition

Two weeks ago I had the opportunity to present the results that we built in synergy with a completely new team, with a new organization of countries, in an extremely challenging context year, which represented starting from zero and implementing a process that had never been carried out before.

To our great satisfaction, we exceeded our expectations in sales! But it wasn't luck, it was a year of a lot of work, where we had to learn a lot, to be very flexible, resilient, synergistic, in other words, we learned to communicate a lot in each process and in each decision.

It is very important to recognize my team that exceeds all expectations, that spares no effort to do the impossible, and creates something new every day. My team is a great team, which made possible to achieve such a result. But to my greatest surprise, we were all prepared to surprise our highest management in this business review, and in fact we were the ones who were impressed by our directors.

Being very honest, I wrote this article to give recognition to our new leaders Regis Fedrigo and Stephane Mascarau , not only for the recognition and guidance we received, but for the way in which decisions are being made. It's never just "what" or "why" but "how" the things are done.

We received words of recognition and such clear strategic direction in such a positive, realistic and supportive way that we all felt very comfortable and even more motivated to do much more. Thank you!

A winning year never comes from luck, but I can say that the secret this year was cross-functional work in all directions, leaving no room for bad communications or misunderstandings. Solving it as quickly as possible and prioritizing was the secret.
