Some interesting facts re recent 'findings' against Israel:

There are two International Courts in the Hague: The United Nation's ICJ, International Court of Justice and the ICC, the International Criminal Court.

The President of the ICJ is NAWAF SALAM, who is Lebanese (born in Beirut). He was Lebanon's Ambassador to the UN for ten years and served as President of the UN Security Council. He's attracted attention over the years for constant statements critical of Israel. As an example, in 2015, he tweeted, #Israeloccupationof#gazaandthewestbank: Unhappy birthday to you. 48 years of occupation. His nation is involved in the current conflict with Israel, but he hasn't seen fit to recluse himself, quite the opposite.

The ANC party in South Africa was very low on funds earlier this year and in danger of not being able to run in the elections to be held on May 29. All of a sudden the ANC was flush with money, from Iran. Within days, South Africa appealed to the ICJ to launch a case against Israel with accusations of genocide and calling for a ceasefire in the current Gaza War. Then Egypt formally joined South Africa's case against Israel at the ICJ on May 13. This was late in the game, just as Israel wanted to enter the Rafah area in Gaza. It has now been discovered there are still many underground tunnels going from Egypt into the Rafah, used for smuggling weapons, personnel and goods. It's widely accepted that the son of Egyptian President Sisi, has a large financial stake in these smuggling activities and suddenly Egypt wants to keep Israel from entering Rafah. Turkey has now joined in the case as well. President Erdogen gives political and financial support to violent militants in Judea/Samaria and to Hamas.

Then we have the other court, the ICC.

The ICC was formed when various states signed the 'Rome Statute' in 1998. Ratified in 2000, although many nations did not ratify the court. The Chief Prosecutor at the ICC is KARIM KHAN. Karim is Muslim. His parents are Pakistanis who immigrated to the UK. Karim's second wife is Malaysian, a country not known for its support of Israel, indeed Malaysia's former long-term Prime Minister, Mahathir Mohamed, is well-known as an antisemite.

Amal Alamuddin Clooney, assisting in the preparations of the Arrest Warrants against Israeli PM Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, was born in Beirut and still holds Lebanese citizenship. Her mother is a Sunni Muslim, a political journalist and worked as the editor for Saudi-run newspaper Al-Hyat. Her father is Druze, and his cousin is the notorious arms dealer and fraudster, Ziad Takieddin.

The common theme to all these prosecutors, is they are Muslim and anti-Israel.

One might expect an international court to take measures to at least appear neutral, objective and unbiased. To recluse those who are involved in the conflict or otherwise have compromising interests in the case should have been a given.

What we are confronted with Muslims trying to annihilate the Jewish state and they will use “any means necessary” (as they say in their well-funded, well-organized worldwide protests). By trying to stop Israel from defending itself and by calling for measures such as a ceasefire, to keep Hamas, who are dedicated to the destruction of the Jewish state, in power, they are cleverly still following the publicly avowed Islamic / Arabic call to wipe out Israel.

They will use NGOs and philanthropic donations, they will use the Media, they will use the UN, the Red Cross, Amnesty International, International Courts, and pogroms. Whatever they can as they try to delegitimize and demonize Israel. These court cases have nothing to do with justice or morality! The exact opposite.
