In a recent workshop, titled; "Self-Identity, Your Roots and Leadership" I delved deep into the transformative process of self-identity in leadership. A profound realization emerged – when we break 'self' and 'identity' into small, intentional steps, we pave the way for monumental transformation. Because it is the small digestible bites that leads to those big transformational moments.

But why is it so hard to be committed to small bites? Firstly, external expectations, how we perceive those expectations through our own emotional intelligence, and the force of the world to go go go... These factors contribute to why we need support around consistently making steps that are digestible.

What is the point of digesting well? Breaking down nutrients.. for full benefits true sustainability. Your self and your identity intersect in a powerful dance, shaping every aspect of your leadership journey.
