Principle of reciprocating spraying:
The principle of reciprocating spraying equipment is to configure a reciprocating spray gun rack relative to the vertical transportation direction. During the operation of the product, the spray gun rack simultaneously reciprocates in the vertical direction of transportation to spray full coverage, thereby achieving automatic spraying.
Process:
Using tools such as a high-pressure spray gun or rotary cup, the paint is atomized and sprayed evenly on the surface and four sides of the workpiece. The same color and effect can be achieved on all five sides of the workpiece.
Application:
Furniture, floors, cabinets, wardrobes, wooden doors, door frames, moldings, (solid wood doors/solid wood composite doors/fire doors), etc.

Spray machine introduction
Suitable for continuous spraying of large quantities of products to improve coating efficiency, smooth coating effect, excellent paint atomization effect, better than manual spraying, and more uniform coating layer. The paint utilization rate is high, the water-based paint recovery rate reaches 80%, and the UV paint recovery rate is more than 90%. Standard equipment can spray panel-type flat or special-shaped furniture, wooden doors, and other products with a width within 1300mm and a thickness not exceeding 80mm.

Reduce the accumulation of paint curing on the belt due to exposure to the air, makes the cleaning easier and extend belt working life.
