‘Italian Meatloaf Cupcakes’

-2 lbs extra lean ground beef

-2 eggs

-1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

-3/4 cup tomato sauce

-1 teaspoon oregano

-1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
