Raw Damson Cheesecake I made over the Christmas vacation having picked these delicious plums from Sadeh Farm in Kent. This recipes brings back memories of the awesome weekend there. Damsons ripen towards the end of summer and early autumn.

I love this cheesecake because of the contrasting textures and taste between the damsons and the carrot, coconut and date base. Watch out you might want seconds or even thirds.
