Location: A Block, Greenwood City, Sector 45 Gurugram

Reports to: Front Office Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point

of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer

service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have strong

communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

? Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.

? Manage the front desk, ensuring the area is tidy and presentable at all times.

? Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

? Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.

? Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

? Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

? Handle basic inquiries and provide general information to visitors, clients, and staff.

? Ensure the security of the building by monitoring visitor access and maintaining visitor

logs.

? Support office staff and management with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).

? Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.

? Strong verbal and written communication skills.

? Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

? Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

? Professional appearance and demeanor.

? Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is a plus.

? Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

? Ability to operate basic office equipment (phones, fax machines, copiers).

Working Conditions:

? Full-time, Monday to Friday, [insert working hours].

? Occasional overtime may be required during peak times.
