Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma or degree in any field (preferred)

Job Type:

• Full-time

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced both can apply

Knowledge Required:

• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of handling calls and guests
• English and Arabic knowledge (preferred)

Age Requirement:

• 18 years and above

Salary:

• KWD 250 – KWD 400 per month (depends on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

As a receptionist at Alshaya Group, your main role is to welcome guests. You will also answer calls and handle office work. Below are some important tasks:

• Greet visitors and guide them
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Help in office paperwork
• Maintain records and files
• Support the office team
• Keep the reception area clean
• Handle deliveries and messages
