Recent ThinCats funding in London & South East
Following the recent Experian Market IQ H1 M&A report where we ranked as the leading non-bank lender for M&A transactions in London & South East data, we take a look at some of the #funding we've provided to support fantastic businesses across the region over the last few months.
Martin Randall Travel
We supported Piper’s investment in Martin Randall Travel, the UK’s leading small group cultural #tours brand focused on the #arts.
The #investment will help the business expand its position as the leader in small group tours focused on the arts while building brand awareness across the UK, the US and Australia. The investment will also back the current CEO, Fiona Charrington.
Retail Insight
We provided a significant #funding package to Ventiga Capital Partners backed Retail Insight, a provider of store-focused solutions in retail operation analytics to global retailers and CPG companies.
The funding solution offers flexibility through a significant portion of the facility being a RCF, allowing the company to optimise working capital during the next phase of growth.
Rocksteady
We provided funding to support Vespa Capital ’s investment into Rocksteady Music School, the UK’s leading provider of progressive, inclusive, and empowering music education services to primary schools and children.
The funding from #ThinCats will support the new partnership between Vespa Capital and Rocksteady who are planning the roll-out of Rocksteady lessons across the UK and internationally, as well as developing further technology to reduce the attainment gap and provide children with an exciting music education.
Crondall Energy
We are delighted to have provided #funding to facilitate a management buy-out at Crondall Energy, a leading independent offshore #energy consultancy.
Funding from #ThinCats in 2018 enabled the primary #MBO, whereby current MD, Anna-Louise Peters became a minority shareholder.
The businesses we fund play a critical role in delivering the UK’s economic #growth and we look forward to supporting many more throughout 2024.
