- Jo-Anne Julien, a practicing Attorney-at-Law for over 40 years, was appointed Chairman of the Unit Trust Corporation in August 2022. Before her appointment as Chairman, Julien held the position of Independent Director of the Board of Directors of the Unit Trust Corporation since November 2020.

- Tariq Ali now holds the position of Caribbean General Manager of Inter-American Development Bank as of September 2022.
- David Campbell officially replaces Claire Fitzpatrick who has led bpTT’s operations since 2018 on October 1st, 2022. Fitzpatrick will be moving to the United Kingdom to take up a new leadership role at bp’s London headquarters. Campbell spent the last 8 years in the position of President bp Russia and has been employed with bp for 38 years in different commercial, operational and technical leadership roles. He will take over at a time when the company’s production has declined significantly falling from 2 billion standard cubic per day in 2019 to just over 1 bscf/d in May 2022, according to figures from the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries.
