Charlotte Christian College and Theological Seminary (formerly New Life Theological Seminary) is an academic institution that is committed to the global advancement of the gospel of Jesus Christ and His church through the medium of educational training. The institution offers both undergraduate and graduate degrees to prepare Christ-centered leaders academically, professionally, and spiritually in order that they may be equipped to address creatively and effectively the needs and challenges of urban communities and society at large. It is the goal of Charlotte Christian College and Theological Seminary to develop servant leaders with high academic training, interpersonal skills, and moral constitution.

Charlotte Christian College and Theological Seminary welcomes Ursula Jacobs-Guidry, M.L.S., as the new Head Librarian. Mrs. Guidry holds a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Non-Profit and Grant-Writing from Salem College, a Master’s in Library Science from North Carolina Central University, and this steered her career to hold several leadership positions locally and nationally. Mrs. Guidry also holds a Master’s in Adult Education/Instructional Technology from Strayer University, where she also served as the Learning Resource Center Manager. Ursula is a self-professed technology nerd, and she has a special interest in applying technology as a tool to convey concepts and disseminate information to teach others how to enhance their communication and technical skills to build positive and strong community relationships. Ursula is married to Keary Guidry, and they are a blended family with three children and very active grandchildren. As a biblical storyteller, Ursula brings the bible to life to audiences of all ages, and her new hobby is creative digital stories to share God’s practical life lessons. Currently, she is earning a Ph.D. in Biblical Archaeology and enjoys traveling.
