John Richert and Jay Richert of Slatt Terrix Financial arranged a construction/permanent loan of $6,060,000 secured by a Turn of the Century Church located in Denver. Loan proceeds are being used to turn the former church in to a 23 unit apartment building. The 11.5 year loan was provided by a regional bank. The loan is amortized over 30 years with a rate of 7.5% fixed for the first 78 months.
