Received an offer but hesitant on whether or not to accept?

It happens! Sometimes, it's not just about the money or perks—it's also about having the courage to step out of your comfort zone and battle a bit of imposter syndrome. ????

Not long ago, we had a fantastic candidate who faced this dilemma. After enduring an anxious wait between the final interview and decision to offer, doubts took over ??, leading to the decision to decline the offer once it arrived.

A few months later we connected again, and with hindsight??, the candidate shared a few things they wished they'd considered before turning down the opportunity:

?? Reflect on how your current company has supported your growth. Have they listened to your goals and made changes to keep you on track? ??

??Even if you entertain a counteroffer, the same issues prompting your job search may still persist. ??

??If your employer wanted to reward you, they'd have taken action before you mentioned leaving. ??

??If you're hearing lots of talk but seeing minimal action on important changes, it might be time to reassess. ??

But here's the uplifting part ?: After some soul-searching, this candidate circled back and confidently accepted the offer from the Time Sourcing client the second time around!! ??
