With a cosmic reach that mirrors the boundless horizons of aviation, our global presence has expanded, new stations have taken flight, and strategic acquisitions have strengthened our capabilities. The commitment to precision, reliability, and the thrill of client satisfaction is palpable in our impeccable on-time delivery rates, diverse service offerings, and dedication to our clients.

FL Technics Engineering

This year has indeed been a milestone for FL Technics' engineering department, showcasing extraordinary growth and accomplishments. 150 aircraft on CAMO services, a notable 50-aircraft increase from the previous year. It is the trust our clients place in our capabilities that we value the most.

Our commitment to quality, safety, and reliability of services is evident in attention dedicated to CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) services, totaling 11,000 man-days. This commitment ensures that each aircraft adheres to the highest airworthiness standards, emphasizing precision and thoroughness for the safety of our clients and their passengers. Additionally, we have expanded our CAMO capability to include the A220 aircraft and are already servicing currently the most modern aircraft for a renowned client.

Equally impressive are our phase-in/phase-out services, with 8,000 man-days dedicated to managing and optimizing the technical aspects of aircraft assets. This not only enhances operational efficiency, but also extends the lifespan and performance of the aircraft we handle.

A significant aspect of our growth is the establishment of a new office in the Asia-Pacific region. This strategic move aligns with our commitment to global presence, bringing our engineering expertise closer to clients in this dynamic aviation region.

In addition to our operational successes, we've invested significant time in developing our OILS.aero system. This system optimizes the processes of technical findings during the redelivery process, streamlining and enhancing efficiency of all involved parties. Already utilized by leasing companies, airlines, and other MROs, OILS.aero reflects our commitment to innovation in the aviation industry.

As we reflect on this exceptional year, it's clear that the dedication, expertise, and collaborative spirit of FL Technics' engineering department have set a new standard for excellence in the aviation industry. FL Technics DOA

The year has been a transformative journey for our Design (DOA) department, marked by significant milestones and outstanding accomplishments.

At the outset, the relocation of our DOA department to a new, expansive premises marked a pivotal moment. This move provided a larger canvas for creativity and empowered our team to grow rapidly. The spacious new setting has played a crucial role in our team's ability to achieve remarkable results throughout the year.

Speaking of achievements, we are proud to share the completion of 300 engineering design modifications and revisions. Our printing shop has been a hive of activity, fulfilling a staggering 770 orders and producing approximately 100,000 diverse placards and decals. This includes the striking completion of 77 aircraft liveries, showcasing our team's commitment to quality and efficiency. The visual impact we've created is not only aesthetically pleasing but also a testament to delivering top-notch, customized solutions for our clients.

In a strategic move, we launched the External Livery Decals Application Team, reinforcing our commitment to providing end-to-end solutions for our clients. This initiative has not only expanded our service offerings but has also been met with resounding success, solidifying our position as industry leaders in aircraft livery applications and design services.

Culminating the year on a high note, our team successfully completed Internal Placards catalogues for A320 and B737NG/MAX aircraft types. This comprehensive catalog ensures that every detail, down to the smallest placard, adheres to the highest standards, reflecting our commitment to precision and safety.

As we reflect on the remarkable journey of 2023, it's evident that the DOA department has not just evolved, it has set new standards for innovation, creativity, and excellence in aircraft design and modification.


FL Technics Line Maintenance

The year 2023 has been an exceptional chapter for our Line Maintenance department, marked by remarkable achievements and strategic expansions.

Our team's dedication and expertise resulted in a 30% increase in the issuance of Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) compared to the previous year, emphasizing our commitment to high standards and ensuring the airworthiness and safety of every aircraft. Concurrently, our technicians worked an astounding 30% more man-hours, showcasing their tireless efforts and efficiency in maintaining and servicing aircraft across various locations—a testament to the value our clients appreciate.

Speaking of locations, the year saw the addition of new stations to our global footprint, further solidifying our commitment to providing top-notch Line Maintenance services worldwide. We are proud to mention the establishment of stations in Munich (MUC), Germany; Brussels South Charleroi (CRL), Belgium; Bergen (BGO), Norway, and Lahore (LHE), Pakistan. These strategic expansions not only enhance our ability to serve a broader range of clients but also position us as a key player in the aviation maintenance landscape in these regions.

The addition of these new stations is about bringing our expertise, reliability, and efficiency to diverse aviation markets and providing an independent bespoke scope of maintenance to key industry players. We eagerly look forward to building on this momentum in the coming years!


FL Technics Logistics

The Aerospace Logistics department has soared to new heights in 2023, showcasing unprecedented achievements in the storage and transportation of critical aircraft assets and components.

Our capabilities in storing and transporting a diverse range of items, from aircraft seats to engines, wheels, oversized goods, and palletized parts, have proven instrumental in meeting the dynamic needs of our clients. The precision and care with which we handle these crucial components show our commitment to maintaining the integrity and quality of each item entrusted to our care.

In our growing influence in the aerospace logistics arena, we are happy to share an extraordinary 81% increase in the number of shipments over this year. This substantial surge reflects the trust our clients place in our logistics expertise and highlights the efficiency and reliability embedded in our operational processes.

We proudly assert that we not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients, ensuring that vital aircraft components reach their destinations with utmost precision and timeliness.

As we navigate the complex world of aerospace logistics, our commitment to excellence remains the top priority. FL Technics Engines, Airframe and Materials

The Engine, Airframe, and Materials Department have successfully navigated a year of substantial growth and triumph, reinforcing our standing as a pivotal player in the aviation industry.

In the domain of parts trading, our influence has expanded to encompass over 600 global clients.

Our endeavors into assets, encompassing both repair and dismantling, have proven equally fruitful. The acquisition of various aircraft engines and airframes signifies strategic investments in our continuous development. Additionally, the successful sale of numerous engines further highlights the positive outcomes of our asset management strategies.

The Engine Shop has emerged as a focal point of success, gaining momentum by attracting new customers and expanding capabilities. Over 30 engines from 16 different customers have been serviced, highlighting our proficiency in engine maintenance and repair.

As we conclude the year, each asset project has demonstrated financial success, a testament to our strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Looking ahead to 2024, we are committed to building upon these achievements, attracting new clients, and further solidifying our leadership in the Engine, Airframe, and Materials Department. The sky's the limit, and we're poised to soar even higher!


FL Technics Base Maintenance

What an incredible year it has been! Our Aircraft Base Maintenance division has positioned itself for enhanced capabilities and strategic growth.

The focal point of our endeavors has been the reconstruction and refurbishment of the Vilnius Hangar in Lithuania, breathing new life into our operational space. This overhaul reflects our commitment to maintaining state-of-the-art facilities and sets the stage for increased efficiency and productivity.

A major milestone in our human resources development for base maintenance is the addition of freshly licensed technicians (Certifying Staff), a testament to our dedication to nurturing talent from within. This investment in our team ensures that we have a skilled workforce capable of delivering the high-quality maintenance services that our clients expect.

In line with our commitment to technological advancements, we've expanded our capabilities by adding Airbus Pistol/Mirror fitting repair. This enhancement not only showcases our commitment to innovation but also allows us to avoid unnecessary window frame replacements, contributing to cost-efficiency and sustainability.

The buzz of activity is evident as all maintenance bays are filled with nose-to-tail lines, featuring world-renowned brands. It reflects the trust key industry players place in our base maintenance services.

Expanding our global footprint, we proudly launched the construction of FL Technics Punta Cana hangar, opening new avenues for service delivery in the Caribbean region.

Diversification continues to be a key theme as we explore new potential types for base maintenance, with the inclusion of E170/195 in our repertoire. This strategic move broadens our service offerings and positions us to cater to a wider range of aircraft types.

As we reflect on this dynamic year, it's clear that our Aircraft Base Maintenance division has not just kept pace with industry trends but has set a new standard for excellence. The launchpad is set for continued growth and success, and we eagerly anticipate reaching new heights in the coming year!


FL Technics Technical Trainings

In the dynamic realm of aviation technical education and training, our Training Department has seamlessly navigated through 2023, marking a year of remarkable milestones and global expansion.

We proudly share the issuance of an impressive 5300 certificates to aviation professionals, showcasing our commitment to delivering accessible and comprehensive training solutions tailored to their diverse needs. Our students have consistently rated us an impressive 4.64 out of 5, reflecting their satisfaction with the high-quality training programs delivered throughout the year.

Our impact extends beyond borders, with the notable accomplishment of having delivered trainings in 70 countries worldwide in 2023. This widespread reach emphasizes the universal recognition of the quality and relevance of our courses, solidifying our position as a trusted partner in international aviation technical education.

Notably, our Training Department has successfully expanded its EASA 147 approval to include the B777 and A350 types, a strategic move that diversifies our approved types. Looking ahead to 2024, we are excited to further broaden our scope by adding the A220 and ATR42/72.

Furthermore, throughout the year, our online training platform has been enriched with an additional 11 courses, providing aviation professionals with even more opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills in a digital learning environment.

As we look ahead to the future, we remain enthusiastic about continuing to expand our training offerings, embracing innovation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the aviation industry's workforce.


FL Technics Wheels and Brakes

The Wheels and Brakes Department has successfully concluded 2023, marking a season of growth and expansion.

Throughout the year, our team effectively managed an impressive volume of over 13,500 Wheels and Brakes System (WBS) components. Operations were seamlessly orchestrated across three of our own shops located in HAJ, BUD, and VNO. This strategic approach not only ensured efficiency in handling the workload but also maintained the high standards that define our services.

An exciting chapter in our expansion journey unfolded with the opening of a new shop in Budapest, Hungary. This addition broadens our operational footprint and underscores our commitment to providing top-notch Wheels and Brakes services to clients in key aviation locations.

As we reflect on the achievements of 2023, the Wheels and Brakes Department stands poised for further growth and success.


FL Technics Engine Services

In the realm of Engine Services, 2023 has been a testament to our unwavering commitment to precision, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

One of our proudest achievements is our stellar on-time delivery. This outstanding record underscores the efficiency of our operations and the dedication of our team to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.

Throughout the year, we've serviced a total of 39 engines, showcasing our expertise in handling CFM56-3, -5, and -7 engines. The diversity of engines worked on reflects our comprehensive capabilities and the trust our clients place in our technical proficiency.

As we look ahead, our commitment to reliability and top-notch quality remains unwavering. We understand that on-time delivery is not just a metric; it's a promise to our clients.
