?? LinkedIn introduced the ability to add dynamic UTMs allowing marketers to automatically add UTM options to their campaigns as opposed to building them manually. Dynamic UTMs will be available, globally, in English by the end of March 2024

??LinkedIn is testing a new TikTok-like short-form video feed, according to TechCrunch. Meta has Facebook and Insta Reels, YouTube has shorts, and X videos are now vertical all inspired by TikTok's short-form video feed.

??LinkedIn rolled out company page messaging to all brands. Users will be able to DM a Company Page and start a conversation in the app, with Page admins able to respond as the Page, providing another engagement option

??X is working on bringing an edit button to DMs

??Elon Musk's conversational AI Grok AI will be available to all premium users. Initially, it was available to premium plus users who pay $16/month. I can't wait to explore and see how it works compared to ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude

??Elon Musk announced that all accounts with over 2500 verified subscriber followers will get Premium features for free and accounts with over 5000 will get Premium+ for free

??TikTok launched a $2.1 million advertising campaign featuring people wondering what they would do without TikTok as the Senate reviews a bill that could ban the app.

??WhatsApp is working on new features like Group Events, and so much more

Group Events would allow any group member to create an event that others can RSVP to

??WhatsApp is working on bringing a new AI-powered feature for photo editing to a future update of the app.

??Instagram is working on challenges for channels that let users create a contest for members to submit photos to win prizes.

??Instagram is testing a new option to comment on specific frames within a carousel update.?

??Meta is adding AI to its Ray-Ban smart glasses this month. Users will be able to activate the glasses’ smart assistant by saying “Hey Meta,” and then saying a prompt or asking a question. It will then respond through the speakers built into the frames.?

??Facebook snooped on users’ Snapchat traffic in a secret project, documents reveal. The documents reveal how Meta tried to gain a competitive advantage over its competitors, including Snapchat and later Amazon and YouTube, by analyzing the network traffic of how its users were interacting with Meta’s competitors.?

??Microsoft and OpenAI plan to build a $100 billion supercomputer to power artificial intelligence

??OpenAI launched an AI text-to-voice model called Voice Engine. Interestingly, it can generate Swahili & Sheng audio. It used Dimagi to provide community services.
