A Recap of the 2020 Park City Market

The year-end market summary reports for 2020 were just released, so today I’m sharing everything you need to know about how our Park City real estate market performed last year. COVID-19 basically split the year in half. For example, in the first half of 2020, only 634 transactions closed; in the second half, 2,064 transactions closed—a 226% increase. Park City is exploding for a lot of different reasons: the ability to work from home in a cozy, accommodating mountain town, historically low interest rates boosting buyers’ purchasing power, a higher value being placed on access to nature, etc. To hear more specific stats, watch my latest video.
