RECAP 2019: HOW MANY DOTS CONNECTED?

RECAP 2019: HOW MANY DOTS CONNECTED?

Amazing Year 2019!!

Reasons are Many!!

Connecting The Dots Existing clients doing Amazing Sales, New clients on-boarded, Growing CTD Family by expanding into PWA, New Office: Cafeteria/Cabins/Conference Room.

The Journey begin in 2018 with our first employee: Irshad and Client: Rachael and yes, it was the beginning of new Era with them.

We are currently working with business giants of Healthcare/Education/E-commerce/NGO/Real Estate/Manufacturing/Insurance/Banking/Retail.

I have been very fortunate in getting very good mentors and that too from almost all managers wherein I worked as Developer/Business Consultant and almost everyone has shared feedback for me in Public Platform which is special gift for me:)

Why we were able to get success in 2019?

  1. Karma: If you do good as a human being same impact comes into your work and yes, it's true. We were very transparent with our clients for deliverables.
  2. Collaboration: Many Big Giants companies have collaborated with us and outsourced work to on my request and yes its true. Sales Guy should never lie. I asked for help and maybe because, I had good relations/respect for them so, they helped in giving projects. This step helped overall company to grow.
  3. Employee: From last 2 years not a single employee can say that we don't get salary on time or bad culture as we shared the payments before or on Time and for me this is ETHICS OF BUSINESS which I learnt from the Biography of Ratan Tata who believe in Fair Business.
  4. Latest Technology: PWA was on the edge of perfect execution in early 2019 so, we decided let's adapt quickly and we quickly enhanced our skills and ultimately delivering those projects.
  5. Goodbye to CorePHP: I Think it's the end of corephp as latest framework: Laravel/CI is at its boom and for all clients, we share the updates on latest framework.
  6. Support and Availability: Wonder people ignore this and for me and my team its the USP. We have a Government based client who operate at Airport of Sikkim and even during midnight/early morning hours we take the calls and resolve those queries/issues.
  7. Learn to say NO: Sometimes you have to say No to some leads or clients.

Next Time, I will share the mistakes as well:) We did the mistakes and we corrected it.

Happy New Year 2020 to all our viewers who refer our services and also to our silent followers who read post but won't like and comment :) But personally I thank everyone.
